Terms and Policies
Shipping Policy:
Turnaround time is 7-18 business days depending on volume of current orders. If items are Preordered check the description on the product for detailed shipping times as this may vary. If a regular item is purchased along with a Preordered item then they will ship at the same time together which could extended shipping times. If your order is past the normal turnaround time for regular purchases or past the turnaround times for preordered items then please use the chat button or email us for an updated status on your order.
Return/refund or exchange Policy:
Due to Unique and specialized nature of our products we do not offer general returns. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery that you wish to return your product because we made your order incorrectly or it has a defect. Your returns must be authorized and must be received back to us within 7 business days of authorization. It must be received in the original shipped container and all original packaging. It must be unused/unworn. Shipping and insurance is your responsibility unless authorized by us.
Exchanges will only be approved for specifically sized clothing items upon authorization by us.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds without authorization.
Cancellations & Other Policies:
If you need to cancel your order/s, you will have 24 hours from the time the order was placed to receive a refund back to your original payment method. If it is after 24 hours you will be given store credit.

Please allow 24-48 business day hours for an email response, Business days will not include holidays or weekends. If your order is within the normal turnaround time please check out our shipping policy prior to emailing. If a chargeback is received for any reason your order will be cancelled, refunded and you will not be allowed to order from us again.
